The 'Great British Bake Off' judge has revealed he's been secretly battling the condition and feels particularly affected by it when it comes to keeping his beloved Aston Martin clean.
Paul, 49, confessed: "I wonder if I love it a little too much.
"You look for little nicks and if I see one my heart misses a beat. It (the nick) is just sitting there winding me up ... It's ruining the car. It is OCD. I'm obsessed with my Aston."
What's more, the TV baker said he was being "brutally honest" when he admitted to checking the vehicle "every couple of hours" for scratches.
But it's not the first time he's noticed he's had the disorder.
He added: "I've got it in the bakery and now I've got it with the car."
Meanwhile, the celebrity chef revealed he's been a huge James Bond fan since he was given an Aston Martin - the fictional spy's vehicle of choice - figurine as a child.
And Paul got to test drive the stylish cars - including the DB10, the new James Bond car from 'Spectre', and the DBR1, the 1959 World Championship-winning racing car -in a one off motoring show he presented titled 'Licence To Thrill: Paul Hollywood Meets Aston Martin'.
Speaking during the show, the TV chef said he can't believe he's now the proud owner of one himself: "I still pinch myself that I have a second-hand Aston Martin DBS Volante, the convertible model of James Bond's car from 'Quantum of Solace' and 'Casino Royale'."
