Patrick Stump has become a father for the first time.
Fall Out Boy rocker Patrick Stump and his girlfriend Elisa Yao have welcomed their first child into the world, a son named Declan.
The rocker announced last month he and wife Elisa Yao were expecting their first child together and now Ellen DeGeneres - whose talk show he will appear on in a few weeks time - has revealed the couple have welcomed son Declan into the world.
She tweeted alongside a picture of the baby: "It's a boy! Actually, it's a @FallOutBoy.
"Congrats @PatrickStump and welcome baby Declan! See y'all in 2 weeks! (sic)"
Patrick recently revealed life in the band has been chaotic thanks to his impending new arrival and bandmate Pete Wentz's kids, five-year-old Bronx from his marriage to Ashlee Simpson and eight-week-old Saint with girlfriend Meagan Camper.
He said: ""I'm about to have a kid or a tattoo. I'm like the snows of Siberia -- just untouched.
"The band is in a crazy place right now because there's a lot of little kids running around."
And the 'Dance, Dance' singer admitted Pete had been passing on parenting tips.
Asked what he had advised him, Patrick said: "You can never have enough Kleenex and baby wipes."
