Jennifer Aniston tried her hand at party planning by hosting a birthday bash for movie producer Heather Parry.

The 'Friends' star, 46, went all out to make sure her film pal - who she worked with on 2011 motion picture 'Just Go with It' alongside Adam Sandler - had a great night, and there were plenty of A-listers in attendance to ensure that was the case.

The party was held at The Nice Guy restaurant in Hollywood on Saturday night (23.01.16) and several stars including Leonardo DiCaprio, P. Diddy, Jessica Alba, Orlando Bloom and Ashley Benson were all on the invite list.

According to the New York Daily News, the bash also featured a surprise performance from Hole singer Courtney Love.

Birthday girl Heather seem to thoroughly enjoy the event and took to her Instagram account to say so.

She wrote: "Best night! Love these people! #BirthdayGirl (sic)"

Rachel certainly appeared to have a great time at the bash, too, as she shared an image on Instagram and admitted she "loved" the celebrations.

She wrote: "Oh what a night with too many pretty ladies I love celebrating our @heather_parry #greatfriends #sograteful #girlfriendsforever XoRZ (sic)"

As well as her star-studded guests, Heather was also treated to some personalised Sprinkles cupcakes for her birthday.
