Paris Jackson and Debbie Rowe are closer than ever.
The 17-year-old aspiring actress and her 56-year-old mother, who were previously estranged, are reportedly "in a really great place" since the teenager returned home in Los Angeles after spending 18 months at a private therapeutic boarding school in Utah in March.
A source said: "They talk all the time. They see each other almost every weekend."
However, Paris' brother Prince, 18, is said to have still not forgiven the former nurse for giving up her rights to him in 1999 following her split from his father, the late Michael Jackson.
The insider told InTouch weekly magazine: "They don't really see each other. But she and Paris have a great relationship. Their bond is really powerful."
Debbie, who was married to the 'Thriller' hitmaker for just under three years, got engaged to his former music producer Marc Schaffel earlier last year shortly after she was diagnosed with an auto-immune disease, sarcoidosis.
Confirming the news at the time, she said: "He loves me, knows my kids, loves my kids, and we'll see where this goes."
A source previously claimed she was eager to become Paris' legal guardian and take responsibility for Michael's son Blanket, 13, who was born via surrogate, as she thinks their grandmother, Katherine Jackson, is too old to care for them properly.
The insider said: "Debbie is deeply concerned about the environment in the Jackson home. She likes Katherine Jackson but believes she has gotten way too old to serve as guardian."
