An investigation has been ordered into Paris Jackson's custody situation.
Following the 15-year-old's alleged suicide attempt earlier this week, Judge Mitchell Beckloff has asked that an investigation be carried out regarding the welfare of the child, who is under the guardianship of her mother Katherine Jackson and cousin TJ Jackson.
According to documents obtained by E! News, "a probate court investigator must prepare an investigation report addressing the status of the minor child, Paris Michael Katherine Jackson, and recent media reports concerning her welfare".
The judge's order comes after it was claimed TJ has moved almost two hours away from Paris and her brothers Prince Michael, 16, and 11-year-old Blanket.
A source told the New York Post: "[The authorities] thought he was living around the corner. They were totally surprised by this. They've said they're going to need a few days to sort this out.
"So the bottom line is we have an 83-year-old woman raising teenagers by herself, and that just won't fly,"
Paris is currently in UCLA hospital, where she is under 24-hour watch, and was visited by her birth mother, Debbie Rowe, and aunt LaToya Jackson on Thursday (06.06.13).
Following reports Paris had a row over not being able to attend Manson's gig, the singer reached out to her.
He said: "I hope you feel better. You will be on my guest list anytime you want."
