Orlando Bloom has sold his Hollywood Hills home for $3.9 million.
The 37-year-old actor has managed to offload the mansion, which he bought in 2007 for $2.7 million, in California after slashing the original asking price by $600,000.
The 3,248 square-foot property, which was built in 1940, is complete with four bedrooms, four bathrooms and a large outdoor space, which is perfect for entertaining guests.
The home boasts stunning interiors, including high vaulted ceilings, wooden doors, and a glass floor-to-ceiling wall, as well as secure private gates surrounding the premises.
The gourmet kitchen has been kitted out with top of the range appliances and opens out onto an outdoor patio, which overlooks a pool and spa, according to RadarOnline.com.
The plush pad was, however, targeted and robbed by the 'Bling Ring' - a small group of teenagers - in 2009.
The youngsters managed to make away with expensive clothes, jewellery and a lot of money, but were eventually arrested and put in jail.
The leader of the group, Rachel Lee, claimed she broke into the mansion because she wanted to get her hands on Orlando's then-girlfriend Miranda Kerr.
The hunky star hasn't lived in the house since the incident and had been renting it out to a tenant for $16,500 a month.
