Orlando Bloom is selling his house in Los Angeles.
The house is the same property that was famously robbed by a group of seven teenagers and young adults, who burgled the homes of several celebrities between October 2008 through August 2009, and inspired the recent movie, 'The Bling Ring'.
The spacious four-bedroom, three-bathroom, home features a master suite with steps out onto a pool deck and spa, a dining patio, arched ceilings, a cherry/walnut wood kitchen and a cosy fireplace.
The 3,248 square foot property is located at the end of a long driveway surrounded by trees and has a state-of-the-art security system.
Orlando, who recently moved to New York City with his family to star in the Broadway production of 'Romeo & Juliet', has been pocketing $16,500 a month by renting the house out but has now decided to sell it.
The British actor, who is married to Australian supermodel Miranda Kerr, 30, and has a two-year-old son Flynn, has listed his former bachelor pad in the Hollywood Hills for $4.5 million.
According to Redfin.com, the 36-year-old actor bought the home in 2007 for $2.75 million and it sits on 3/4 of an acre in a gated community beside a number of A-list neighbours including Ryan Reynolds, Cameron Diaz and Jason Statham.
Earlier this year, Miranda sold her old apartment in New York City for $1.3 million to move into a bigger place with her family.
