Olivia Rodrigo loves spending time in Los Angeles
The 21-year-old pop star has spent the last six months on the road as part of her GUTS World Tour, but Olivia is scheduled to play six shows in Los Angeles this month and she loves being back in the city.
The 'Bad Idea Right?' hitmaker told Complex: "I'm obsessed with Los Angeles for many reasons."
Olivia believes that Los Angeles has the "best weather" and the "best food" in the US, adding that "dreams come true" in the city.
The chart-topping star said: "Best weather. Best food. I will live and die by that. Best sushi, best Mexican food ... So good. It's just amazing. Dreams come true here."
Olivia previously revealed that she was looking forward to embarking on her GUTS World Tour.
The singer actually began her tour shortly before her 21st birthday in February.
Asked how she was feeling about her landmark birthday, Olivia told Variety: "I’m so excited! It’s a very serendipitous week, right? And these songs were made to be sung in a crowd … the lyrics, I’m hoping, will resonate even more in person.
"I think it’s going to be an unforgettable experience especially since 'Sour' came during a pandemic.
"I’m really happy with how everything is going and there’s a lot of fun things we have planned in terms of visuals and stuff like that."
Meanwhile, Olivia also admitted that her music career has helped her to feel "less alone".
She said: "Honest songwriting. It’s what I’ve gravitated towards my whole life - music that helps you process what you’re feeling or comforts you when you’re feeling these big feelings.
"It’s just nice to know that someone else is experiencing them. It makes you feel less alone."
