A Notorious B.I.G. hologram is in the works.
Faith Evans, the late rapper's widow, has revealed she is in talks with a company about creating a photographic recording of her husband - who murdered in a drive-by shooting in 1997 - and is keen to perform with the figure.
She revealed: "We actually are in development with a hologram [company] but I don't necessarily know to what extent I'm going to perform with it, but I definitely want to debut it probably in the first video for the album and maybe use it a little bit performance-wise but that depends on a lot of things."
The 42-year-old hip hop star - who was married to B.I.G. aka Biggie Smalls, for three years until his death aged 24 - is keen to perform with the holographic figure when she plays songs from an upcoming posthumous duets album, 'The King & I', which features the late rapper.
Faith - who has son Christoper Wallace Jr., 19, with the late star - also teased that the hologram could be used in the first music video from the record.
In an interview with the Dame Dash Radio Show, she added: "Today, if he was alive, I know, ultimately, we would've done something like this. But the way the stuff has come together, and the way I'm using his vocals, it''s giving the stuff new life, it's totally different."
The 42-year-old singer - whose tribute song to Notorious 'I'll Be Missing You' was a number one hit - also said she'd use the hologram if she was invited on the 'Bad Boy Records' reunion tour with P. Diddy if it takes place.
She said: "If this Bad Boy [reunion] tour ever really happens, that might be something we might consider and if I was to go on that tour, of course, I'd use it but just not over-use it."
