The 'Vampire Diaries' actress is reportedly romancing the 'Whiplash' actor after the pair were spotted "getting cozy" at the Hallmark Shoebox relaunch in Hollywood on Wednesday (10.06.15).
A source told PEOPLE: "[They were] getting cozy during the comedy show.
"She was very happy to have a night out with her new guy."
Another source has confirmed that the happy couple shared a number of kisses throughout the evening.
They told HollywoodLife.com: "She walked in with a few people including her new man. They stayed for the first comic and kissed three times while the performance happened!
"She was very affectionate with him and she was with other friends as well and she wasn't afraid of being intimate around friends."
It isn't the first time the 26-year-old beauty and Austin, 30, have been spotted spending time together.
The pair were also seen enjoying the Indianapolis 500 race at the end of last month.
Nina previously dated her 'Vampire Diaries' co-star Ian Somerhalder from 2010 to 2013.
The 36-year-old hunk recently tied the knot with 'Twilight' actress Nikki Reed.
