Nikolaj Coster-Waldau doesn't believe in ghosts, but is "still afraid" of them.
The 47-year-old actor has admitted he cannot watch spooky movies with spirits, including 'Mama' which he starred in in 2013, because he is terrified of the otherworldly beings.
Speaking to Metro newspaper, he said: "I don't but I'm still afraid of them.. I can't watch ghost movies. I did a ghost movie a couple of years ago called 'Mama' and I still haven't seen it. So clearly I'm lying when I say I don't believe in them."
Even though the 'The Other Woman' star has a fear of the unnatural he doesn't let his phobia get in the way of the roles he takes on, and he believes that being £reasonably good" at "a lot of things" is what makes someone a good actor.
Asked what he is unusually good at, he said: "I'm not sure. Let me have a think ... the actor thing is: you just have to be reasonably good at a lot of things."
However, Nikolaj loves the fact his career in the entertainment business means he is constantly learning new things.
"One of the things I love about my job is that you get to educate yourself and get to be exposed to things you haven't before."
