The Atomic Kitten singer is "devastated" that her relationship with her 5ive singer fiance - with whom she has daughter Ella, 18 months - has come to an end, but insists they are still close friends.
She said: "I'm devastated about us splitting up. Ritchie and I are still good friends but we are no longer together.
"We really tried hard to make our relationship work but sadly we've mutually decided to go our separate ways."
Natasha - who also has sons Josh, 13, Harry, 11, and Alfie, five, from past relationships - and Ritchie split just before they were due to jet off on holiday to America and the 33-year-old beauty ended up taking just her boys on the break after Ella contracted an ear infection and doctors advised she didn't fly.
Though she was sad to leave her daughter behind, the 'Whole Again' singer admitted the holiday has helped her deal with the break-up.
She added in an interview with Britain's OK! magazine: "At the moment I'm focusing on Ella and the boys.
"As always their welfare is my primary concern and it's been nice to spend some quality time with the boys in America. The trip helped take my mind off the break-up."
Natasha and Ritchie, 36, got together after filming 'The Big Reunion' in 2013 and got engaged in October 2015.
