Naomi Campbell has admitted she is "a work in progress".
The 43-year-old supermodel is pleased with how she's grown as a person and insisted while she makes "mistakes" - she has several convictions of assault - she refuses to "regret" anything.
She told The Guardian newspaper: "I'm a work in progress. But yes, I'm happy with the way I am now. I'm very observant and very instinctive.
"In life, you have to have the vulnerability to accept when you are to blame. And I do have that and I am open enough to say it.
"I've made mistakes. You know all that stuff, I'm not going over it again. And I admit to them, but I don't regret anything. I don't live in regret."
While she described herself as "loyal", she admitted she can be "bossy" and extremely competitive.
She added: "Am I bossy? Absolutely. I don't like to lose, and if I'm told no then I find another way to get my yes. But I'm a loyal person. And I'm generous and I don't bulls**t."
Naomi insisted there is a mental strength needed to succeed in the fashion industry, and 'The Face' judge wants to teach young hopefuls the same sense of discipline.
She explained: "You have to be able to take direction, you have to be always watching your composure, your attitude. But you have t be able to hold on to your own personality, too.
"That's the part you can't teach. On the show I tell my girls - this is a competition. You know what? You don't want to get so comfortable that you forget that, because you need to always be competing. You're not here to make friends."
