Nadine Coyle and Jason Bell are just "friends".

The former couple split in 2019 after 11 years together but were seen holding hands when the former quarterback took part in ‘Strictly Come Dancing’ last year, sparking speculation they had reconciled, but the 35-year-old singer – who has seven-year-old Aniya with Jason – says that isn’t the case.
Speaking to the latest issue of HELLO! magazine, she said: “Jason is one of my closest friends. We get on great, are very complimentary of each other and both take care of Anaiya.”
Even if the pair were to reconcile, the ‘Insatiable’ singer wouldn’t be interested in tying the knot, despite her and Jason having previously been engaged.
She said: “I’ve never really wanted to get married.
“Perhaps it’s because I don’t want to be the centre of attention as a bride.
“So I’ve no plans to marry yet – or even ever.”
The former Girls Aloud star dreams of taking her daughter on adventures around the world when the coronavirus pandemic is over.
She said: “First stop would be Thailand.
“Then we’d try tea-picking in Darjeeling, sample the cuisine in South Korea and head to Iceland.
“We want to experience different countries and cultures and see the world together.”
But closer to home, Nadine and her daughter have still managed to have fun together even while in lockdown.
She said: “We did an online baking class with other parents and children, which was fun.”
Last October, Jason admitted he will “always” love Nadine and wouldn’t rule out them getting back together.
He said: "I love her. I love who she is as a person - always have and always will. The thing about Nadine is that if you watch her and see how she cares about her daughter and the people she loves. It's infectious."
Asked what he thinks about people who want to see them back together, he said: "A lot of people want a lot of things, so you never know."
Jason also insisted he is not interested in anyone else.
He explained: "I've got two women in my life who take up all my time and one of them is six years old."
