The 'Deadpool' star's three year marriage to the film director has finally ended after she was granted a "status only" dissolution of marriage, which means the former couple will settle assets, issues and other items at a later date.
Morena, 36, gave birth to a daughter by her new partner and 'Gotham' co-star' Ben McKenzie on March 2 and recently revealed they have named the little girl Frances Laiz Setta Schenkkan.
Frances is 37-year-old Ben's first child but his partner already has a two-year-old son, Julian, with her now ex-husband and while she has primary custody, Morena has been ordered to pay Austin $23,000 a month in support.
In February the Brazilian-born actress delayed divorce proceedings because she was nearing the end of her pregnancy.
She stated in court documents: "I am now almost eight months pregnant, and I continue to have a high risk pregnancy. My physician, who I last saw on Jan. 29, 2016, has advised me to have as much bed rest as possible and limited activities."
