Miranda Kerr thinks being a working mother is a constant "juggling act".
The 37-year-old model - who has Flynn, 10, with ex-husband Orlando Bloom, as well as Hart, two, and 16-month-old Myles with Evan Spiegel - admits it's tough to find a healthy work-life balance as a parent.
She shared: "It's definitely a juggling act.
"When most people text me, they're like 'How are you?' I send them the juggling emoji because that's how I feel, especially with my two youngest ones, a one-year-old and a two-year-old, and I'm still breastfeeding my one-year-old."
Despite this, Miranda recognises that she's in a fortunate position.
The model admitted she sometimes has to pinch herself over the lifestyle she's able to enjoy.
Miranda - who married Evan, the CEO of Snap Inc, in 2017 - told E! News: "Sometimes I have to just stop and pinch myself because we have three healthy children, we're both doing what we love."
Similarly, Miranda admitted to feeling "very blessed" last year.
The model revealed she was loving life at home with her "three healthy boys and a wonderful husband".
She said: "My heart is just so full of joy and happiness.
"It’s definitely busy. No day’s ever the same. But we love it. I couldn’t be happier, and I feel very grateful and very blessed to have three healthy boys and a wonderful husband."
Miranda also revealed how she learned to plan her life months in advance.
She shared: "I went to a business conference many, many years ago in Australia and this woman was talking about how planning, and even mapping out things months in advance, was one of the keys to her success.
"That really made an impact on me, and it’s something that I’ve incorporated into my life. And if I hadn’t, it would be a lot more chaotic."
