Miley Cyrus still loves Liam Hemsworth.
The 21-year-old singer split from her former fiancé in September last year following four years of on/off dating, but she admits she still has feelings for him.
Speaking on Australia's 'Sunday Night' show, she said: "I love Liam, Liam loves me."
It was believed Miley's hit single 'Wrecking Ball' was inspired by her failed relationship with the 24-year-old hunk and she admits the track is about freedom.
She explained: "it's about finding yourself. I had to set myself free."
Liam was overheard gushing about his ex-lover - whom he started dating while filming 'The Last Song' in 2009 - during dinner with friends in Italy last month and told pals they will always be best friends.
A source said at the time: "Liam kept raving about how amazing she was, how much they clicked and understood everything about each other."
Meanwhile, Miley's father Billy Ray Cyrus is keen to set his daughter up on a date because he wants her to settle down with a "strong and supportive" guy.
An insider said previously: "Billy Ray is convinced that a strong, supportive guy will help keep Miley grounded.
"Billy Ray is looking for someone successful who won't take advantage of Miley. He'd love to get her together with country singers like Kip Moore or Chris Young, who are warm and level-headed."
