Miley Cyrus insists she is "okay with being alone".
The 'Wrecking Ball' hitmaker - who split from her boyfriend Patrick Schwarzenegger in April after six months of dating - has admitted she isn't concerned with being single again because she is "a feminist".
She said: "It has a lot to do with being a feminist, but I'm finally okay with being alone. I think that's something we have to talk about more: that you can be alone."
The 22-year-old singer - who recently admitted to having had relationships in the past that "weren't straight" - refuses to put a "label" on her sexuality because she doesn't want to be placed into a category.
She said: "I'm not hiding my sexuality. For me, I don't want to label myself as anything. We love putting people in categories, but what I like sexually isn't going to label me as a person."
The blue-haired beauty - who was also in a four year on-off relationship with actor Liam Hemsworth until September 2013 - added that she doesn't see being in a relationship as a necessary part of her future.
Miley explained to TIME: "There are times in my life where I've had boyfriends or girlfriends. And there are times where I just love being with myself and don't want to give part of myself away to someone else ... I think that's a new freedom for women, especially. I don't know that my mother would have been able to be 22 and secure in being alone. But my future doesn't rely on having a partner."
