Michael Lohan's girlfriend is reportedly pregnant again.

Kate Major is currently serving an eight-month sentence in prison after she violated her probation earlier this year, but the troubled blonde is allegedly expecting her second child and is already three months and-a-half months along.

A source told the Daily Mirror newspaper: "Kate Major is three-and-a-half months pregnant with her second child with Michael Lohan."

Kate - who already has 16-month-old son Landon with Michael, the father of Lindsay Lohan - is reportedly fighting to complete the remainder of her sentence at home in Florida as she has been classed as a high risk pregnancy.

The source explained: "She is considered a high risk pregnancy because of her history of seizures and she is not receiving the proper medication in jail."

A hearing has reportedly been scheduled for Tuesday (17.06.14) at Palm Beach County Circuit Court to discuss her options and the possibility of an early release.

Kate, 31, violated her probation in March when she was arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) following an alleged fight with Michael at their home address.

Kate, who has a history of legal troubles under her belt - including an arrest for refusing to leave a plane in 2011 and an arrest for attacking a couple in 2011, was allegedly caught driving three times over the legal limit and reportedly struggled to find her nose with her finger.
