Michael Jackson's mother Katherine has revealed his children - Prince Michael, 16, Paris, 15 and 11-year-old Blanket - visited the morgue around "10 times" following his death in 2009.

The 'Thriller' hitmaker died in 2009 and his mother Katherine - who was appointed guardian for Prince Michael, 16, Paris, 15 and 11-year-old Blanket following his passing - revealed they all struggled to come to terms with the loss of their father.

She told Australian news show '60 Minutes': "Michael's kids went back to the morgue where Michael was about 10 times. When I was in the room, I couldn't go there ... [my daughter LaToya] said the children are all kissing and hugging Michael.

"Even though he is dead they are still doing that."

Michael's death hit Paris particularly hard, and the teen star tried to commit suicide earlier this year.

Katherine added her granddaughter insisted on having photographs of the singer "all over her room" when he passed away.

Michael's death hit Paris particularly hard,

She sad: "She was screaming and crying when Michael died saying 'I want to go with you daddy, I don't want to live without you ... I was feeling so bad for her.

"Paris suffered a lot after his death. She had to have pictures of Michael all over her room. Every picture that was hanging on the wall had to be of Michael."
