Michael Devin proposed to Drea de Matteo during his Whitesnake gig in Atlantic City.
The bassist popped the question to the 43-year-old 'Sopranos' star during his concert because he wanted to "embarrass" her in public.
Midway through the show, Michael said: "I fell in love with a very beautiful woman a few years ago, I want to embarrass her as much as I can
"I've been in love with you since the day I met you and I will for the rest of my life, and I hope that you'll marry me...I have two questions for you: One, will you make sweet passionate love to me for the rest of my life?"
A concertgoer captured the entire proposal on video, which shows the crowd going wild when he got down on one knee.
In the video, the 'Sons of Anarchy' actress - referring to Michael's 2011 album - simply replied: "Forevermore".
She then asked: "Will you love my children forevermore?"
Michael excitedly shouted: "Yes!"
The crowd then cheered again, and Drea shouted: "I'm going to marry this motherf***er!"
Michael later took to Instagram to thank all of his fans, friends and family for their well wishes after the engagement news went public.
Along with a picture of his future wife, he wrote: "Big Huge Thank You for all the Birthday wishes. And for all the blessings on my engagement to this kitty cat...Much appreciated! (sic)"
