The GQ Men of the Year awards will "play with gender norms" for its 25th anniversary.

The annual ceremony will put a focus on the red carpet as a huge fashion moment for menswear when the extravagance descends on Berlin, Germany at The Tunnel near Potsdamer Platz on November 30.
In a statement translated from German, Tobias Frericks - Head of Editorial Content GQ Germany - said: "With the 25th anniversary, we are celebrating a very special edition of the 'GQ Men of the Year' awards.
"For a quarter of a century, we have honored men and women who courageously lead the way and thus actively shape our view of the world.
"This is especially true for how we perceive masculinity today. It has never been more multifaceted and this is reflected in fashion in particular.
"Menswear shows have rightly enjoyed as much attention as womenswear. At the same time, fashion deliberately plays with gender norms and role models.
"With this year's 'GQ Men of the Year' awards, we would like to give this a platform – what better way to do this than with a milestone anniversary."
For this year's ceremony, GQ Germany is "putting the red carpet in the spotlight".
The ceremony will "set a deliberate contrast" to the more traditional events of previous years.
This time round, it will take the form of an "intimate dinner" with selected guests and this year's award winners, followed by the big GQ Men of the Year party.
This year's ceremony will be hosted by 'Euphoria' and 'Priscilla' actor Jacob Elordi, reality star Kim Kardashian, and musician Travis Scott, as well as special guest Tom Ford.
The 25th GQ Men of the Year Awards will take place on November 30, 2023 at The Tunnel near Potsdamer Platz in Berlin.
