Meghan Trainor has splashed out $6.6 million on a new mansion.
The 'All About That Bass' hitmaker has purchased a luxurious home in the San Fernando Valley, which comes with no less than six bedrooms and eight bathrooms.
The 27-year-old singer - who is expecting her first child with husband Daryl Sabara - has proved her family's safety is key to her as the house is also kitted out with a state of the art security system, including huge ten foot gates and hedges blocking out the view.
And there will be plenty for the family to get involved in as there is a pool with a water slide, gym and basketball court as well as a recording studio for Meghan, Variety reports.
Meghan previously confessed that whilst she is excited to give birth, she is "scared" of doing so without her mother by her side, as she may not be allowed into the delivery room due to coronavirus restrictions across the United States.
She explained: "We're so excited, we planned it out so - when I tell people I'm scared to go to my appointments alone, and they're like, 'Don't have a baby in quarantine.' But I didn't want to travel so much when I'm pregnant and I know this is the time to stay home. Some appointments my husband got to go to and some he didn't. Those appointments, the doctors were very nice to me and set up a FaceTime ... I'm scared of birth and, like, not being able to have my mom in the room. 'Cause, like, they can barely let your husband in the room, but I’m like, 'But I need my momma … I just need my head rubs."
