Megan Fox hopes her divorce from Brian Austin Green happens "quickly".

The 34-year-old actress filed for divorce from Brian last month after almost ten years of marriage and is hoping everything goes smoothly.

A source close to the star told PEOPLE: "Megan has planned to file for divorce for a while. She and Brian already agreed to a custody plan so Megan hopes the divorce will happen quickly and be uncomplicated."

Megan split from Brian in May this year after nearly 10 years of marriage, with the pair sharing three sons, Noah, eight, Bodhi, six and four-year-old Journey, together.

The 'Jennifer's Body' star has now started a relationship with rapper Machine Gun Kelly and an insider suggests that the pair are "making plans for the future".

The source said: "They are making plans for the future and want to live together. Megan has been taking things slowly though to make sure her sons are doing OK."

Megan also reportedly took her time before introducing the children to Kelly.

The insider added: "They are getting to know him now. Megan's sons are her number one priority."

Megan recently clashed with Brian after he shared Halloween (31.10.20) images of the kids on social media and accused him of making her seem like an "absent mother".

She fumed: "Why does Journey have to be in this picture? It's not hard to crop them out. Or choose photos that they aren't in.

"I had a great Halloween with them yesterday, and yet notice how absent they are from my social media. I know you love your kids. But I don't know why you can't stop using them to posture via Instagram.

"You're so intoxicated with feeding the pervasive narrative that I'm an absent mother, and you are the perennial, eternally dedicated dad of the year. You have them half of the time.

"Congratulations you truly are a remarkable human! Why do you need the internet to echo back to you what should be inexhaustibly evident in the way your children love you? (sic)"
