Matt Willis loves speaking to his fans "every day".
The Busted musician thinks social media is great because it allows artists to interact with their supporters much more easily and regularly than they used to when out on the road.
He said: "The good thing with social media is suddenly you have a daily interaction with them. Before you would maybe see them outside a show or a hotel but now you get a daily interaction with them.
"I speak to them every day you know, it's such a cool time."
Since Busted announced their plans to reunite last month, they have been inundated with requests for tickets for their comeback tour in 2016 by friends and family members.
James Bourne joked to BANG Showbiz: "In 2004 I remember getting Christmas cards from cousins I never knew I had and all those cards are arriving again.
"The ones that you don't really know but it's good, they're like 'we'll be coming!' "
And Charlie Simpson's family are particularly excited about the shows as he wasn't part of supergroup McBusted, who as well as recording an album of their own material, also performed music from their individual bands', McFly and Busted, back catalogues.
Charlie said: "My bros and my parents came to see these guys when they did the McBusted shows."
