Matt LeBlanc is selling his Los Angeles home for $8.75 million.
The former 'Friends' actor has listed his Pacific Palisades estate, which he bought in 2007 for $7.4 million, according to Variety.
The Spanish-style four-bedroom villa sits on half an acre of land and features "beamed ceilings, wood floors, original fixtures, ironwork and tiles" throughout.
It doesn't have a pool but features stunning views over Santa Monica Canyon.
Matt has been renting out the property for almost $13,000 a month since 2012 and currently owns two homes in Encino along with a 1,000-plus-acre estate in the Santa Ynez Valley, near Santa Barbara.
Meanwhile, Matt, 48, recently admitted he only signed up to present 'Top Gear' on the BBC because he needed a job.
The actor - who is best known for playing Joey Tribbiani in 'Friends' for a decade - revealed he only took the job on the revamped motoring show because no other offers had cropped up at the time.
He explained: "[My comedy] 'Episodes' was coming to an end and I needed a job. So I said: 'Why not?' "
And, although the car show wasn't something that was initially on his agenda, he's already proved a huge hit with viewers and is reportedly in talks with bosses to renew his contract for a second series next year.
An insider said previously: "Matt came across really well, he can drive and certainly knows his motors. Matt is crucial to the success going forward."
But, although bosses are keen to sign Matt for the second series, it's thought his current busy work schedule may throw their plans into chaos as he's got a 13-episode stint in the US comedy 'I'm Not Your Friend' coming up.
