Marlon Brando's Harley-Davidson is up for sale.
The late Oscar-winning actor's 1969 Harley-Davidson FLH Electra-Glide motorcycle was purchased by Brando will be auctioned at the weekend and is expected to fetch between $200,000-$400,000 as it "could be the only Brando motorcycle available."
Mike Brando, the 'Godfather' star's son, told People magazine: "My father was bigger than life and everything he did was often celebrated by fans around the globe.
"My hope is that many of the items coming up for auction this weekend at Julien's Auctions will offer a small glimpse into the life of my father, who happened to also be one of the world's most loved and famous actors of our time."
The 'Wild One' star previously spoke of how much he enjoyed getting on the bike - which he purchased in 1970 - for late-night rides around New York City.
According to Julien's Auctions, who are conducting the sale in Beverly HIlls on Saturday (27.06.15), he once said: "It still pleases me to be awake during the dark, early hours before morning when everyone else is still asleep. I've been that way since I first moved to New York. I do my best thinking and writing then.
"During those early years in New York, I often got on my motorcycle in the middle of the night and went for a ride anyplace. There wasn't much crime in the city then, and if you owned a motorcycle, you left it outside your apartment and in the morning it was still there. It was wonderful on summer nights to cruise around the city at one, two, three a.m. wearing jeans and a just a T-shirt with a girl on the seat behind me. If I didn't start out with one, I'd find one."
