Mark Wahlberg maintains his health "the good old-fashioned way".
The 51-year-old actor is a keen fitness enthusiast, and Mark insists he hasn't got any interest in using Ozempic or other similar weight-loss drugs.
The Hollywood star told the New York Post newspaper's Page Six column: "To each his own, but I do encourage people to eat right and exercise.
"It’s much more [of] a lifestyle change. You’d be surprised what you can accomplish when you’re willing to do the work."
Mark is determined to manage his health and wellbeing in the "most sustainable" way.
He advised: "It will give you the longevity."
Despite this, Mark refuses to judge people who do use weight-loss supplements.
The film star said: "Everybody has their own path. I don’t knock anybody for making their own choices.
"But I prefer, and I’ve seen lots of people accomplish amazing things, ordinary people doing extraordinary things on a fitness base, and they’re now encouraging other people that look like them. That’s what I’m into."
Meanwhile, Mark's family relocated to Las Vegas in 2022, and the movie star recently revealed that they're thriving in Sin City.
Mark - who has Ella, 19, Michael, 16, Brendan, 14, and Grace, 12, with his wife Rhea Durham - told E! News: "They love Vegas. I spent lots of time in Los Angeles pursuing my interests and my career and now it's time for them to pursue theirs. Everybody is thriving there - it's been great."
Mark has also watched some of his favourite artists perform in Vegas over recent months.
The actor shared: "I saw Adele, I saw Bruno Mars. I've seen quite a few shows and been to lots of great restaurants. There's so much to do in Vegas and it's so exciting."
