Maria Menounos married her partner Keven Undergaro in a surprise ceremony on New Year's Eve (31.12.17).
The 39-year-old actress tied the knot with her long-time love in a ceremony conducted by TV star Steve Harvey, with their wedding being broadcast on a Fox New Year's Eve special in New York, which she and Steve co-hosted.
Speaking to Keven during the ceremony, Steve said: "Kevin, are you ready, man? You look sharp, you look really good."
Kevin donned a black tuxedo for the special occasion, while his wife-to-be Maria wore a white Pronovias wedding gown.
Prior to the ceremony, Harvey admitted he wanted to get the nuptials concluded as quickly as possible because of the bitterly cold weather in New York.
He told the loved-up duo: "This has got to be a pretty cold wedding ... so let's get you guys married."
In fact, Maria revealed that her spectacular-looking dress was designed in such a way that it offered her a little protection against the freezing temperatures.
She explained: "You have to think you're outside in Times Square, it's freezing, you need something beautiful but appropriate."
During the ceremony, the couple - who got engaged in March 2016 - exchanged heartfelt vows with each other.
Looking at Maria, Keven explained: "You are a blessing not just to my life, but an even bigger blessing to this whole world and you don't even realise that and that's what makes you incredibly special ... I will deal with you in brain tumors and health ... I love you boo."
In response, a visibly emotional Maria - who successfully underwent surgery on golf-ball size brain tumor in 2017 - said: "I love you so much ... I just wanted to marry you so bad before surgery, after surgery, and I couldn't think of a better way to do it than right here. Steve, thank you so much for doing this for us."
And after Steve announced that the couple were officially married, Maria tossed her bouquet to the crowd and the newlyweds shared their first dance to Jon Bon Jovi's 'Thank You For Loving Me'.
