Margot Robbie wore pyjamas to her 'Focus' audition.
The 'Wolf of Wall Street' star was holidaying on a remote island in Croatia when she was told she was up for the part and had to dash to New York City just in time for the audition.
Unfortunately for the blonde beauty - who stars alongside Will Smith in the comedy-drama - an airline misplaced her luggage in the process and she was nearly forced to try out for the part in her pyjama top before dashing inside Topshop to buy a replacement.
She said: "It was six in the morning. I'd been swimming, and I got the call saying, 'Oh, yeah. You need to be doing an audition with Will Smith like tomorrow in New York. So your flight's booked for tonight.'
"And I was like, 'Tonight? Oh, my God.' I asked the lady at the hostel I was staying at, 'Oh, how do I get off this island? I need to go to the mainland.' And she was like, 'Oh, there's only one boat a day, and it leaves in 20 minutes.' And I was like, 'Oh, my God.' I waited eight hours, and then I went to France, and then I went to New York.
"So I walk into the audition in wet sneakers and denim shorts and a pyjama shirt, which was the only dry thing I had before they lost my luggage. I just walked in. And I was like, 'I cannot meet Will Smith in my pyjama shirt.' So I went to Topshop and grabbed [a] top and then walked in."
To make matters worse, the 24-year-old actress barely had any time to sleep during the whirlwind trip.
She told Us Weekly: "By the time I got to New York, I'd now not slept for, like, well over two days."
While Margot claimed she looked "horrendous" during the meeting, the movie's producer Denise DiNovi had much nicer things to say about her appearance and insists she did "amazing".
She said: "[She was] amazing. No makeup. No sleep. [But] she was amazing."
