Maren Morris "feels better" about using a dating app after spotting other famous faces on the platform.
The 34-year-old singer is ready to find love again after divorcing Ryan Hurd - the father of her four-year-old son Hayes - in January so she signed up to the exclusive app Raya to find a partner, and admitted seeing some big stars also using it to find a potential match has given her reassurance.
Speaking on the 'Armchair Expert' podcast, she said: "I'm dating again – dating for the first time, truly."
And after confirming she was using Raya, the 'My Church' hitmaker was asked if she'd seen profiles from any huge stars that had surprised her.
She admitted: "Yeah, a few times. It's kind of shocked me.
"And it makes me feel better too because there's such a vulnerability of being like, 'Here's the buffet of options today that I'm a part of.' It made me feel better knowing that this person was on there too."
Maren - who came out as bisexual in the summer - recently also acknowledged that Raya can be a "wild" place.
Speaking on the 'Chicks in the Office' podcast, she said: Dating for the first time, like, in your 30s is wild, and Raya is wild.
"Like, I’ve had some good experiences from it and, luckily, nothing crazy traumatising.
"I just think it’s exhausting. I hate first dates. I’ll usually just, like, grab a drink with somebody because I don’t want to be stuck for two hours or three hours. [I] always have an out, whether it’s fake or not."
The country music star even likened dating to attending a "job interview".
Maren - who finalised her divorce from Ryan earlier this year - said: "You’re showing them the best version of you and the highlights and it’s [like] a job interview.
"I’ve seen friends on there, which is so weird and like, ‘Oh, I see you, X. Game recognises game.'"
