Maisie Williams has branded Hollywood "totally fake".

The 'Game of Thrones' actress insists she has no interest in the showbiz party circuit because "no one actually likes each other" and she doesn't want to pretend to be someone's friend just for one night of fun.
She said: "Hollywood is not evil, it's just totally fake. And if you're into making fake friends for a night and having a great time then that's cool. Lots of people know it's all bulls**t so they just go and have that night where they're having fun with everyone and chilling. No one actually likes each other, but everyone is having a great time.
"So if you want to play the part, you can. I don't have any desire to pretend to be someone's friend for the night. It just bores me. It bores me so much."
The 18-year-old star admitted she sometimes comes across as being "a bit rude" because she prefers to sit and collect her thoughts rather than interact with others.
She said: "Thinking is a great pastime of mine. I love lots of things going on inside my head when I'm sat in a room full of people. Sometimes I think people think I'm a bit rude because I just sit quietly."
And Maisie plans to look outside the big budget studio system when it comes to finding her next roles.
She told InStyle magazine: "I don't want to just do studio films because some of the scripts are really bad.
"I never realised [there were so many one-dimensional female roles] until I read more scripts and had more auditions. Most of the time, it is a bit pants."
