Madonna dedicated an emotional song to her son Rocco at her gig in Melbourne on Thursday evening (10.03.16).
The 57-year-old singer, who is currently locked in a bitter custody battle over the youngster, was reduced to tears last night as she belted out lyrics to her track 'Intervention' while touching photographs of the 15 year old flashed up on the screen behind her at The Forum Theatre in Australia
Speaking to the audience before she began singing the heartfelt song, she said: "Everybody knows the saga of me and my son Rocco. It's not a fun story to tell or think about.
"I probably could have enjoyed myself a little bit more on this tour if he hadn't disappeared so suddenly and also if I knew when I would see him again."
Despite the legal woes clearly on her mind, the blonde beauty didn't let it stop her from cracking jokes and prancing around the stage dressed as a clown.
However, she didn't get off to a particularly good start as she angered fans at the free show - her first concert in Australia in 23 years - by arriving on stage over four hours late.
But her late arrival could have been linked to that fact she was trying to find out what had gone on at a hearing, held at London's High Court, earlier that day regarding her custody battle with Rocco's father Guy Ritchie seeing as she wasn't able to attend due to being Down Under on tour.
The legal proceedings kicked off on March 3 after Rocco left Madonna's 'Rebel Heart' tour late last year to stay with his father and subsequently defied a court order to return to his mother and siblings Lourdes, 19, David, and Mercy, both 10, for Christmas.
Another hearing is scheduled for June 1.
