Louise Redknapp's dog is helping her prepare for 'Strictly Come Dancing'.
The former Eternal singer was unveiled yesterday (15.08.16) as the latest star who will be taking part in the celebrity dance contest, and she's already started practicing her moves with the help of her beloved pet pooch Blu.
She shared a video of them grooving together on Twitter and wrote: "Hoping my dance partner is as good as Blu Redknapp... SO excited for @bbcstrictly x #strictly2016 (sic)"
And the 41-year-old beauty is looking forward to the glitzy costumes after donning some dodgy ensembles in her girl band days.
Alongside a throwback picture of herself on stage in cycling shorts, knee pads and an oversized American football-style top, she wrote: "I can rest easy knowing the costumes will be better than this @bbcstrictly."
Meanwhile, Louise has admitted her husband Jamie Redknapp is "mortified" by her participation in the show.
She said: "My husband is laughing at me, he's mortified. He's like, 'Whoever you get as a partner I feel sorry for them.' When I met Jamie I was out there in music, singing and dancing, so I'm hoping he's just going to be proud.
"I just don't want to embarrass myself and my family. I've just got to get out there and do my best and I'm hoping he'll be proud. "
And, although she's got plenty of experience under her belt, the blonde beauty is worried about having to learn the routines.
She explained: "I went to stage school I did tap and ballet until I was 16, and then I went into Eternal where we did lots of hand clapping and lots of running man.
"And you don't really have to remember the whole routine because if you forget something you can walk off and be like 'come on cheer'. I've not been in a dance studio since I recorded 'Naked' 20 years ago."
Louise will be joined on this year's show by previously-announced contestants Ed Balls, Will Young, Laura Whitmore, Melvin Odoom and Ore Oduba
