The One Direction hunk is relocating to the US to be close to his newborn son Freddie - who he has with ex-lover Briana Jungworth - and has splashed out on a luxury abode which boasts its own gym, pool, stunning city views and a home theatre, so there'll be plenty to keep the new dad occupied when he's not with his little boy, TMZ reports.
Louis - who is renting the property from celebrity hypnotist Paul McKenna - can now count 'Revenant' actor Leonardo DiCaprio as one of his neighbours.
The 24-year-old singer is also renting a home for Briana and Freddie in the Calabasas area of California.
The three-bedroom property has been described as "modest" and worth "hundreds of thousands" of dollars, and Briana is providing the furniture herself.
The new parents are said to be getting on well and choosing their little boy's name was a joint effort.
The 'Best Song Ever' singer chose his first name, Freddie, because he liked the sound of it, while Briana picked out Reign as a middle name because she wanted something "earthy" and thought Rain would be too feminine a spelling.
