Little Mix are like "sisters".
The 'Black Magic' hitmakers - comprised of Perrie Edwards, Leigh-Anne Pinnock, Jesy Nelson and Jade Thirlwall - act like family and know how to "gel" in the studio, according to their 'Salute' co-writer and vocal coach Maegan Cottone.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz at the BMI Awards at London's Dorchester Hotel, Maegan revealed: "I love the girls we have a great relationship. They all work together because they understand how to gel. They are friends, we're friends and I'm proud to say that. They're all like sisters and they're like sisters to me. I can't speak highly enough of them. They try so hard and they want to make it work."
Maegan also revealed Perrie is doing "very, very well" following her splt from ex-fiancé Zayn Malik.
The songwriter can't speak highly enough of the girls and thinks the foursome are a "breath of fresh air" in the music industry.
She said: "I think Little Mix are really a breath of fresh air in the British music scene. Because I think there is a lot of people, not that there's anything wrong with it, but there's a lot of rehashed old songs which I love, with a dance beat, but there's so many creative people out there."
