The 'Mean Girls' star is currently on a girls' holiday in Sardinia after a spat with her fiancé but the couple are hoping to work things out.
The 30-year-old actress is hoping everything will come good for the pair but her pals are reportedly worried she is just making excuses for him, TMZ reports.
Meanwhile, Lindsay's pal Hofit Golan previously claimed Lindsay is taking a "pause" from her relationship but insists they haven't "broken up for good".
She said: "This vacation is amazing, it's not a single girls' getaway or a post-breakup vacation. Lindsay is taking a pause in her relationship and joined my friends and I on holiday. All relationships have ups and downs, and that is what is happening with Lindsay and Egor. They are going through personal matters, but it doesn't mean they've broken up for good. Lindsay just needed a pause."
Hofit also denied claims by Lindsay's father Michael that the 'Freaky Friday' star is expecting a child.
She added: "We've been doing acupuncture, massage, stretching, drinking lots of green juice, exploring caves, fishing, swimming, just doing normal things. Lindsay and I have known each other for years and she's a very close friend, she's loyal and an amazing person. It's unfortunate that other people in her life, I'm not going to name names, are confirming she's pregnant, which she's not."
