Prosecutor Terry White believes the 'Mean Girls' star has violated her probation so has been probing the 240 hours of work the actress did via London-based organisation CSV late last year and will reportedly tell the court today (24.02.15) that they are being misled.

According to TMZ, White has found that on one particular day, Lindsay got six hours credit - but two hours were for a matinee performance of stage production 'Speed-the-Plow' and two were for the evening show, with the remainder of the time comprising meet-and-greets afterwards.

On another occasion, CSV reported Lindsay did community service from 11am to 3pm - but her play began at 3pm, she lived eight miles away from the theatre and was required to be at the venue 35 minutes early.

The prosecutor also doesn't think it is right that Lindsay received credit for throwing a fundraiser for CSV, and is also concerned she persuaded company Esurance to donate $10,000 to the organisation, arguing it causes a conflict for the company as they are supposed to "scrutinise" the 28-year-old star.

White is said to be pushing for the judge to violate Lindsay's probation based on CSV's records and will ask that 'Machete' star be present for a hearing to determine any consequences.
