Lindsay Lohan has a reputation for being unprofessional on set, but her co-star from movie 'The Canyons', Nolan Funk - who plays her love interest - insists working with Lindsay was "fun".
Talking to HollywoodLife.com Funk says: "She's a blast. She can be a lot of fun. Even though we're not on screen a lot together, the scenes that we do have are really important. We really made a point of making sure there was a believable chemistry there."
While he enjoyed working with Lindsay, who was recently released after a court ordered 90 days in rehab, Nolan previously insisted she is very similar to her character in 'The Canyons', a troubled young woman with a history of substance abuse.
He exclusively told FemaleFirst: "Lindsay definitely gave me a lot to work with. As an actor I think the least interesting thing about an actor is their personal life, but Lindsay plays a character who has gone through so much with substance abuse, lots going on in their personal life, and she gives a great performance.
"There was so much controversy about Lindsay, and then with [porn star] James Deen being cast, too, but we're all so proud of the movie. It's getting great buzz from serious film people so I'm excited for everyone to see it."
The noir thriller - which was written by Brett Easton Ellis and directed by Paul Schrader - follows a group of young, ambitious, sexually-charged people in their 20s living in Los Angeles.
