Liberty Ross has revealed that she has always trusted her gut, and will continue to live her life that way.
Ross divorced her husband Rupert Sanders back in 2013, after his affair with actress Kristen Stewart.
However, Ross says that she wouldn't change anything about the decisions that she has made in her life.
Speaking to Grazia magazine, Ross said: "I’ve always been very sure of my choices and wouldn't change anything.
"The most valuable thing I can share is the importance of living in truth.
"Sometimes, facing those truths can be your worst fear. Trusting your gut is always the best thing - no matter what people around you insist you should be doing or saying or thinking.
"Only you know, and once you live in truth your heart is completely free."
Ross married Sanders back in 2002, and they have two children together, daughter Skyla and son Tennyson.
It was reported earlier this year that Ross was dating record producer Jimmy Lovine.
