The British model, who hit the headlines in 2012 when her director husband Rupert Sanders had an affair with Kristen Stewart, has found love again with acclaimed music executive Jimmy Iovine.

A representative for the couple confirmed to UsMagazine.com that the 36-year-old beauty and music boss are engaged.

Liberty - who has daughter Skyla, 10, and eight-year-old son Tennyson with her first husband - split from 'Snow White and the Huntsman' helmer Rupert, 44, in January 2013 after the cheating scandal came to light. The couple's divorce was finalised in July 2014.

Rupert and Kristen embarked on a salacious affair while the actress was still dating her 'Twilight' co-star Robert Pattinson.

Speaking about the scandal, Liberty said last year: "It's amazing what two years does. Today, I feel happier than I've ever felt, and I'm in such a great place. All of us are: my kids are great, Rupert's amazing, we have all moved on and everyone is doing really well.

"People need to learn to forgive. I have no problem with anyone involved. I'm completely compassionate, I really am. No life is perfect, we all have our problems and issues and I believe that it's good to be true to who you are."
