Lisa Ghorbani - the mother of Liam Gallagher's 10-month-old love child, Gemma - is fighting to keep him away from their daughter.
US journalist Lisa Ghorbani has 10-month-old Gemma with the rocker and is seeking full custody in a US court, requesting he only be allowed to see her under supervision.
Liam, 41, has so far not met Gemma and the revelation he was her father led to his split from wife Nicole Appleton.
A source tells the New York Post newspaper: "Ghorbani is seeking sole custody of Gemma and asking the court to impose supervised visitation upon Gallagher - if he ever decides to meet and visit his daughter.
"Her concern is that he still lives the life of a rock star, and she wouldn't want to leave the child in his care.
"Liam has never seen Gemma, nor spoken to her, nor has he expressed any interest in how she is doing."
Lisa - who started her relationship with Liam after interviewing him in 2010 - is suing the star for child support, but the case has been delayed because 'The Roller' singer has been slow to provide evidence of his earnings to the court in New York.
The source continued: "He still has not produced any financial documents after delaying the proceeding for months. There was a two-month delay to seek testing to prove his paternity - and then a six-week delay to seek a confidentiality order.
"Gallagher's deposition cannot go forward until he produces his financial records, which he continues to fail to do."
Since splitting from Nicole, Liam has moved to a new house in London and is living with his former personal assistant, Debbie Gwyther.
Liam also has three other children; son Gene, 12, with Nicole, Lennon, 14, with his first wife, Patsy Kensit, and Molly, 15, with Lisa Moorish.
