Laverne Cox received flowers from Beyonce after impersonating her on 'Lip Sync Battle'.

The 'XO' hitmaker was so impressed with the 'Orange Is The New Black' star's performance of a Destiny's Child track that she sent over the beautiful white orchids.
A handwritten note from the singer reads: "Laverne, Thank you for blessing this world with your slayage. You were gorgeous on Lip Sync Battle. Love, Beyonce. (sic)"
And Laverne was clearly thrilled by the gift
Taking to Instagram, she wrote: "When you are at work on #Doubt ... and get flowers and a hand written card from the Queen Bey herself @beyonce ...
"Thank you Beyonce for such a thoughtful gesture. You didn't have to but it means so much that you did. I am so happy you enjoyed the #LipSyncBattle tribute to Destiny's Child. You know I live for everything you do. EVERYTHING!! Thank you, thank you thank you!!!! (sic)"
Meanwhile, the 32-year-old actress previously revealed Beyonce taught her the importance of working hard.
She said: "Beyonce represents excellence. Her work ethic is like nobody else I've ever seen. There were so many moments when I was shooting 'Rocky Horror' and I'd be exhausted. My body would be hurting and I'd be like, 'Beyonce. Beyonce does this.' You have to just put in the work."
However, Laverne admits she still feels as though she has a lot to prove in her life.
She added: "It's wild that I'm a black transgender woman who was born in Mobile, Alabama, raised by a single mother, and my life has gotten much bigger than I ever could have imagined. Being able to have a career as an actress, being a black woman and being trans, I have stuff to prove."
