Lauren Goodger has given Danielle Armstrong love advice.

The 29-year-old star, who was known for her on/off relationship with Mark Wright three years ago, has returned to 'The Only Way is Essex' for the Christmas special and, despite her failed love life, has been helping the blonde beauty with her turbulent romance with James 'Lockie' Lock.
Speaking exclusively to BANG Showbiz, Danielle said: "Lauren only did one cameo in the special. She was with Chloe Sims and I had just got back from Scotland and went to see Chloe because she couldn't come to Scotland because she was looking after her daughter Maddie.
"So I was just giving her all the low down on Scotland and Lauren was just sitting there so I was surprised but it was a good surprise. It was good to see her.
"I'm not really good friends with Lauren. We just caught up really, she looks really well. We spoke a little bit about me and James and she gave me a little bit of advice. Just like typical relationship/love advice.
"She was saying if we really do love each other we've got to make it work or sometimes love's just not enough."
But, despite Lauren's top tips on love, Danielle, 27, isn't convinced she and Lockie, 28, can make it work.
She explained: "James has managed to open up to me because a lot of people see his male pride and he doesn't tend to open up and tell me how he's actually feeling and for once he actually did. I don't know if it's a too little too late kind of thing but you'll see in the Christmas special, it gets a bit emotional. But with me and James it's never ever off."
'The Only Way is Essexmas' will hit television screens across the nation on December 16 at 10pm on ITVBe.
