Lamar Odom is making "remarkable strides" in his recovery, according to his aunt.

The 36-year-old basketball star - who was found unconscious following an alcohol and drugs binge in a Las Vegas brothel in October - left hospital earlier this week and transferred to a private rehabilitation facility to continue his recovery and his family extremely positive about his progress.
Lamar's aunt JaNean Mercer told Us Weekly in a statement: "Lamar continues to make remarkable strides and we are asking that you continue to respect our privacy. Again we thank all of you greatly, your support has been paramount in helping to uplift us during these past few difficult months."
Earlier this week Lamar's estranged wife Khloe Kardashian, 31, who put their divorce on hold in order to continue to make medical decisions for her, revealed he is making good progress.
She said: "Lamar is good. I'm just there to support and care for him. But he is doing amazing and I'm so proud of the strength that he has to fight this battle that's his battle, and I'm so grateful for everybody's love and concern because I think it is coming from a good place."
