The 35-year-old basketball star has not shown any signs of improvement from when he was admitted to hospital on Tuesday (13.10.15) after collapsing at a brothel in Nevada and doctors have put his chances of survival at "50/50".
TMZ also reports that "even if he survives he has virtually no chance of ever leading a normal life".
Lamar was reportedly "entirely unresponsive" on Thursday (15.10.15), four of his organs are still failing and he is not breathing on his own.
His estranged wife Khloe Kardashian, 31, is by his hospital bedside as are his children Destiny, 17 and Lamar Jr, 13, along with their mother Liza Morales.
The children released a statement after visiting their father, which read: "Thanks for your outpouring of prayers and support for our dad. We are here with our family and friends. We appreciate everyone respecting our privacy at this time. We ask for your continued prayers."
It has been claimed that Lamar had "virtually every drug imaginable" in his body when he was found.
A 911 call made from the brothel confirmed he took cocaine on Saturday (10.10.15) and owner Dennis Hof revealed he was taking herbal Viagra and drinking cognac.
The combination of herbal Viagra and cocaine can be deadly.
He is reportedly likely to have suffered "brain damage" as a result of a "loss of oxygen but also a possible stroke," and doctors are treating the situation as a non-suicidal "overdose."
A source told E! News: "Drugs were found in his system. [He] had been partying since Friday. He was doing crack cocaine all weekend. They're now having to fix all the damage it has done.
"Virtually every drug imaginable was found in his system."
