Kym Marsh wants to send Nigel Lythgoe a copy of her new fitness DVD after he compared her to "fat goose" in 2000.
The 'Coronation Street' actress was left humiliated in front of the nation when the nasty talent judge, 66, criticised her weight when she appeared on 'Popstars' 15 years ago.
But, after years of battling with the bulge, she finally feels confident in her own skin thanks to her new fitness programme 'Kym Marsh: Power Sculpt', and she would to love rub it in Nigel's face by showing him her results.
Speaking to Yahoo! Celebrity, she said: "His comments did [stick with me] for a long time. I felt very humiliated. It was what he said ... referring to someone as a "fat goose" is a little bit insulting, it was upsetting. It did stick with me and made me a little bit insecure. I think he's in America now, I've not had a chance to speak to him ... But to be honest, I think I've had the last laugh. Maybe I'll send him a DVD!"
The brunette beauty, 39, believes she owes her new-found confidence to her personal trainer boyfriend Matt Baker, who inspired her to turn her life around and get fit.
The mother-of-three said recently: "Now I'm a better version of me than I was in my twenties and I am so much happier. I feel much more comfortable and confident in a bikini...
"Often, people find it hard to train with their partners. I don't know if it is a respect thing or because they'd end up bickering. Whatever he's done has worked for me and we are happy. Things are good."
