Kylie Minogue marked 10 years being cancer-free by attending the BRIT Awards on Wednesday night (24.02.16).
The Australian pop superstar took to her Instagram account before the music bash held at London's The O2 to post a heartfelt message about being "all clear" from breast cancer for a decade, and later partied with her fiancé Joshua Sasse at the star-studded ceremony.
She wrote: "Today marks my official 10 year 'all clear' from breast cancer. Naturally, my nearest and dearest were at the forefront of my mind. Behind the tears were relief and thanks and thoughts. Thoughts of all those who are making their way towards this landmark, those who are past the landmark and of those who we sadly miss. Thank you just doesn't say enough (sic)."
The 'I Should Be So Lucky' hitmaker was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2005 during her Australian tour, which she had to cancel, but after extensive treatment she was given the all-clear from the life-threatening disease a year later.
Kylie - who recently confirmed her engagement to Joshua - also used the post to promote that her partner will be running in the London Marathon on April 24 to raise money for the Breast Cancer Care charity.
She continued: "The @londonmarathon is coming up and @joshuasasse will be running it to raise funds for Breast Cancer Care @breast_cancer_care (He has never run a marathon before!) #Lovers, please support him so we can raise as much as possible! You can sponsor him at virginmoneygiving.com/RunSasseRun I love you all and send love to you all. (sic)"
