Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker are still having an "ongoing conversation" about having a baby.
The Poosh founder - who has Mason, 12, Penelope, 10, and seven-year-old Reign with ex-partner Scott Disick - and the Blink-182 drummer are making his health a "top priority" after Travis was hospitalised with pancreatitis earlier this month.
However, they are "slowly" getting life back on track, and after sharing their IVF journey on 'The Kardashians', an insider has claimed the couple hasn't given up hope on having a child together.
A source told 'Entertainment Tonight': "Kourtney and Travis are doing so much better since Travis' health scare. Travis is in much better health now, and they are slowly moving past that. Having a baby together is still an ongoing conversation, but Travis' health is top priority right now."
The loved-up pair just returned to the same spot where the 46-year-old rocker - who has Landon, 18, and Alabama, 16, with ex-spouse Shanna Moakler - proposed to the 43-year-old reality star on the beach in Montecito in October.
The source added: "Married life has been amazing and the kids are all adjusted, and they are all living life to the fullest."
Alongside new romantic snaps from the resort, including red roses in the shape of a T and K intertwined on their bed and one of the pair walking hand-in-hand, Kourtney wrote on Instagram: "once upon a weekend."
Underneath in the comments section, Travis wrote: "I never want to stop making memories with you."
The 'All the Small Things' hitmaker also shared a pair of intimate pictures of his wife - who he tied the knot with in May at a lavish ceremony in Portofino, Italy - laying on top of him on the beach and captioned the post: "Timeless."
The 'What's My Age Again?' rocker had been undergoing "intensive treatment" after being taken to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, having been stricken by "excruciating pain" following a routine procedure.
He explained on his Instagram Story: "I went in for an endoscopy Monday feeling great. But after dinner, I developed excruciating pain and have been hospitalized ever since.
"During the endoscopy, I had a very small polyp removed right in a very sensitive area, usually handled by specialists, which unfortunately damaged a critical pancreatic drainage tube.
"This resulted in severe life-threatening pancreatitis. I am so very very grateful that with intensive treatment, I am currently much better. (sic)"
Kourtney described the experience as "scary and emotional".
She wrote on her own Instagram Story: "Oh what a scary and emotional week it has been. Our health is everything and sometimes we take for granted how quickly it can change. Travis and I went in for a routine endoscopy together and he ended up with severe, life-threatening pancreatitis."
