Kourtney Kardashian has shared tips for "passion" in the bedroom.

The 41-year-old reality TV star - who is dating Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker - posted a steamy article on her POOSH website titled 'Hot Tips For Rough Sex' which advises couples how to introduce some "kinky" practices into their sex lives.
A post on the POOSH Instagram page said: "Let's get kinky. We tapped @queersextherapy founder to share hot tips for rough sex. Poosh the link for the erotic guide."
The article - which was written with founder of Queer Sex Therapy, Casey Tanner - began: "First things first, only move things to the rougher sexual side if you and your partner are comfortable with it.
"If you're both on the same page and want to dip into the kink culture, we've got some starter tips for you."
Tanner added: "If you enjoy rough sex with a consenting partner, there's no need to overanalyze it.
"Perhaps you enjoy the passion that comes with that kind of intensity, or maybe the physical sensations just feel incredible. Sometimes, folks enjoy rough sex because it helps them take their mind off of stress or performance anxiety and keeps them in the moment.
"Other times, rough sex is desirable because it allows them to tap into the forbidden, which is often erotic."
The lifestyle website also suggested ways to improve reader's sex life by asking to "gently pull your partner's hair or ask for them to yank it (if you want it rougher) while you're riding reverse" and "invest in toys like this sparkly whip to use during foreplay.
"Handcuff or tie your partner up (you can use a sexy piece of silk if you don't own handcuffs) and tell them to close their eyes...."
The article also added that it might be fun to "have your partner pin you up against the wall during a steamy makeout session" as well as "scratch and gently dig your nails into your partner's back while you're straddling them."
